- Village-Level Automation: Milk procurement is conducted through a fully automated and transparent process using Data Processor-cum-Milk Collection Units (DPMCU). These units accurately weigh, test, and evaluate milk in the presence of producers. Real-time data transmission to a central server ensures accuracy and traceability. Payments are made every 10 days, directly to the bank accounts of women members.
- Digital Access for Members: Women members receive receipts and real-time updates on milk collection and payment details via SMS. They can also access this information through a dedicated mobile app provided by the organization.
- Market Access: The organization ensures year-round access to an organized market, safeguarding the interests of dairy farmers.
- Member App: A user-friendly mobile application allows members to track milk contributions, payments, and receive important updates and notifications.
- Transparent Logistics: GPS-enabled milk routes are used to maintain transparency and traceability from Milk Pooling Points (MPP) to chilling centers.
