Women milk producers’ owned organization managed by the milk producer members. The aim is to establish an institutional setup at the Village level, providing a sustainable long-term livelihood option. This initiative provides year-round guaranteed market access for the milk supplied by the women milk producers of the Gorakhpur division.

Governance

Shri Baba Gorakhnath Kripaa Milk Producer Company Limited is owned and managed by its primary stakeholders—women milk producers—who actively participate in all key decision-making processes.

The governance structure ensures transparency, accountability, and empowerment at every level. The Board of Directors are among the women milk producer members. These women in the role of leadership are truly reflects the voices and needs of the grassroots.

Regular meetings and training sessions are conducted to strengthen governance capabilities, enabling members to make informed decisions about business operations, financial planning, and community development initiatives.
